how do you open the harry potter and the deathly hallows part 1 blue ray disk case?

i just got the dvd today but can't open the case. i never seen a case like this one before.

any help on how to open it?

Melt the case off with a torch.

bring it back to the store and say u cant open it or ask them to open it or maybe it was made incorrectly
