How in the F'n' world do I sync my yahoo account to my motorola hint?

I have searched every damn thing from ehow, to motorola's website and can't find any answers. the closest is the informations provided to sync your yahoo with outlook or windows live. I have tried every option chaning ports, changing access, and I get the same message user name or password is invalid? Shits driving me crazy.
