how long does smoked black tar heroin stay in someones system?

Someone who uses about once every other month and exercises.
I mean for a urine test. I don't need your dumb comments saying I'm gonna die because I don't do heroin. I didn't mention me anywhere in this question

well i imagian not very long becuse with most of the harder drugs they only last in your system for up to 2 weeks as where marijuana stays in your system for 30 days and this is becuase there geneticly engeniered and weed isnt but that shit is bad fer you try weed,shrooms, and lsd those are all safe and lsd and marijuana aint addicting
