how long to learn XP and windows 7 I'm a newbie?

so I know how to take apart and reassemlbe a computer. I need to learn XP and windows 7. if I took 1 week off of work and spent 6 hours a day leanring, would I be able to learn it all? trying to get my first IT job and I have that long to learn that before my interview.
