How to connect bluetooth from Nokia Booklet 3G and Nokia (cell phone)?

U guys please help me. I would like to send some image to my cell phone by tranfering bluetooth connections. But I don't know how to turn on my Nokia Booklet 's bluetooth, so my Cellphone can't find it!
Anyone knows anything, answer me please. Fast! :)
