How to connect my bluetooth to my lg env 2?

so my bf gave me his old motorola H350 bluetooth and i currently have an lg env2 how do i connect it all together and get it working helppp?!?!

Turn on Bluetooth on the phone

Turn off headset
Hold headset button to turn on, but do NOT let go for at least 5-8 seconds. That forces it into "pairing mode"
On the phone, do "search for new devices" (immediately)
It should detect the headphone and ask you to enter pairing code
The code is either 0000 or 1234
Confirm the connection, and voila, you're paired
