Are there any free copies or just trials.

This copy of Dreamweaver CS4 says PortableAppz and im not sure what that means. This copy works fine except its a little slower and I can not find some options. On Adobe.com or download.com all i can find is trials where there is this version out there for free.
Can anyone tell me if this copy is ok to use or if there is some sort of license agreement that i need to know about.
