Right now, I'm n my mom's computer coming to you guys for desperate help. I Used to be able to get into my account on my computer, I tried system restore, but it didn't work. ow, I can't even log into my account without my computer crashing. and no, I can't start in safe mode. so can someone please give me some advice? that would be great....maybe it just needs to be taken in.

Yes, you need to take it in to a computer shop.
The hard-drive needs to be replaced or reformatted and the Windows 7 needs to be reinstalled.

Sounds most likely serious corruption of files or hardware problems.
You can either reinstall the operating system, or start diagnostic procedures to identify the failing hardware.
I have not gone into much detail because I suspect you are not going to be sufficiently adept to do any of that.
So yea, take it in!
