How to play Sims 3 without DVD drive?

So I just bought a new laptop and want to play the Sims 3 on it. I bought the game and tried to install it but it would never show up and I eventually realized it was because I bought a DVD version and my laptop doesn't have a DVD player, only the CD player. I can't find a CD version of the game anywhere...am I pretty much screwed or is there another way of doing it?

Bloody hell then buy a dvd drive what is the problem most stuff is on dvd nowadays because it's bigger then the cd it other words the dvd can hold more stuff
 
Use 'Daemon Tools' or 'Magic ISO' software .

1.Create an image of the game DVD using image burning software .
2.Transfer the .iso image file in a pen drive to your system.
3.Install Daemon Tools .
4.Create a virtual drive .
5.Mount the image
6.Play the game.

(steps 1 and 2 need a computer with dvd drive.you can seek a friend's help)
