How to use motorola h300 wirless bluetooth headset on the Ps3?

I have a Motorola Wireless H300 headset and a PS3 and I have scanned it and everything but I don't know how to use it on my Warhawks Demo because sometimes I hear people but I don't know if they can hear me or not.

I have the same problem..when i scan it, its beeing found without any problems, its even registered as an audio device, but somehow i cannot use it..ill check the audio options later, maybe i can solve the problem that way...i will tell u after!
In case anyone knows what to do..i´d be sooo glad to get some help! I dont want to throw the h300 away and waste the 40 bucks on the ps3 headset!
