I am going to get a Ph.D so that I can laugh at people. Is this good or bad?

Do not be so hasty when answering my fine question. I will, of course, love the subject I am willing to get a Ph.D in and will have a definite passion for it as well as have the aspiration of having the title of 'Doctor'. I will be highly motivated, as I am now, and will strive to do my very best. What's wrong with mocking those who are intellectually inferior to me too?
@World's Strongest Millionaire How the hell would you know?
@Mad Max No, I was thinking more along the lines of a Ph.D in Philosophy.
@Pssstt!! Over here!! My goal is not to be likeable but intellectually superior. I would love to laugh at toddlers like that! :P
@bob It isn't to 'prove' anything. Mocking others would just be hilarious and entertaining. :D

Laughing makes you live longer apparently, so all good, but not everyone's as intelligent as you claim to be eh. There's mocking people that can strive to do better, then there's mocking people that really aren't capable of doing so. It would be like saying to a toddler I'll race you to the end of the street, and then beating them at it and being all HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!o_O
Do well and good for you for having the passion in the subject you will be taking, but don't be a complete tit with it. Nobody likes a tit.
EDIT- why ask if it's good or bad then? If you already feel the way you do. You already know what you want to do and don't care if it's good or bad, so what's the problem?
