I am missing a disc from a DVD tv show set? how can I replace it?

I ordered used online and it came with 2 of disc 2 and missing disc 1 (Bones) Could I download the episodes from somewhere legally and just burn a disc myself?? or does anyone know of sites that might sell just the one disc?
