...also have a bad ankle. ? I don't have flat feet but my feet are a little wider than most. I was thinking it was the shoes I was using. They are wide basic Nike basketball shoes (I need extra support around my ankle), but I've gotten the pain barefoot after simply jumping. Also I don't know what to do about my ankle. I've sprained bothe my ankles more than once but my right one has never been the same since about a year now. After any physical activity it gets sore and if I don't wear a brace or wrap my ankle when working out the front of where the foot bends hurts really bad it almost feels like it gets stuck and then I can't put any weight on it. I sprained it again playing basketball last week and I took good care of it, I iced it, wrapped it used icy hot but the inside of my ankle still hurts randomly. Please help me I feel like I might be ruining my feet. Should I go see a chiropractor or will the right shoes do the job?? What else can I do to my ankle for it to heal completely?? Another fyi I've been doing Insanity so my workouts are intense.
