I have a Sharp BDHP20u Blue Ray Player. How do I update the firmware?

I bought the movie Up and does not play. Could anybody explain me in simple terms how do I do the update ie where do I go? is it with usb cables, or how do I download the update from the PC to the Blu Ray?
 
Check your owners manual for the player. You also need an internet to connect the player to for the update. Or you can email the manufacture and ask the question. I had my first blu ray disc player firmware update sent to me by Panasonic.
