I need a decent programme to convert divx files to play in a normal dvd player.?

Is there such a programme that actually does this, I have tried anyvideo converter , but the quality diminishes when I convert from divx to mpeg4.
Thanks for those links, but they only seem to convert dvd to divx. I need to convert divx to dvd.
