I need the help of a fitness guru, can someone give me a good routine with

the limited equipment I have? All I have is a twenty pound dumbbell, pull up bar, and the Insanity DVDs. I'm not very big and i wanna get bigger but the Insanity workout is all cardio. I don't have money to buy anymore stuff so can someone give me a good routine with what I have?

look up on youtube TWINMUSCLEWORKOUT and youll find what you need.

okay but this is what you can do with your equipment ill give you a good routine that i can think of with what you have.

for mass 8-12 reps but if this is too easy because you only have 20 pnds then do more reps like 20
3sets of each exercise with a 1min break in between sets. 45min max workout no longer look it up if you dont know why 45min

MONDAY
dumbell bench press
pushups 30 ,20, 10 those are the number for your sets
dips - you can use an object such as a bed or something for this like a chair. do 3sets -reps- 40,30,20
pull ups - pull ups are different then chin ups look it up and do as many as you can for 3 sets
dumbell military press.

Tuesday rest or cardio

WEDNESDAY
bicep curls
hammer curls
close grip chin ups as many as you can do for 3 sets

THURSDAY rest or cardio

FRIDAY
front shoulder raises - looks like your a walking zombie
Side shoulder raises - looks like a brid flapping wings
Forearm curls - palms facing you and then do palms facing away,
shoulder shrugs
pullups
diamond pushups



REST FOR THE WEEKEND
 
To start diet is most important. You can work out 24/7 and not see results if you dont watch your diet.

For bicepts do normal curls with strict form keeping your back straight

For pecs do pec flys

im not a fitness guru per say but i can help u out!
how much pounds do u weigh? and how tall are u? (very crucial)
its sounds like u need to join a gym or invest on more training equipment like me (i bought a bench, pulley and lots of weights) and of course all the cardio, ab, push up exercise too!
and im sure in any workout dvd they WILL tell u DIET IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN EXERCISE!
i assume ur kinda skinny looking to build muscle all u have to do i is EAT ALOT of PROTEIN & exercise about 2-3 times a day for about 1-2 hours & ur home gym sound meager get more stuff!

by the way ANY WORK OUT WILL DO FINE just drop your FAT PERCENT & INCREASE YOUR MUSCLE PERCENT! thats all!
dont do those hollywood routines there very dangerous and unsafe
do something that your comfortable with
