...conversations? she thinks i'm cheating on her, and sometimes i hear a beep, but very random ones. Is there really a way for her to bug my phone with something that she can hear my conversations?
 
No, I don't think there's a way for her to do that.

You probably have another call, or a text, or the battery is dying.
 
maybe she can maybe she cant but if she can it would be really expensive to get equipment like dat but who cares if she tries to tap your phone as long as you are faithfull u dont got anything to worry about =)
