I recently lost weight so i could get a flatter stomach but my legs are too skinny for my liking now. I was wondering if i gain weight all while working out my abs only, will it stay flat?
My measurements before were 34-27-35 now its 34-25-33 and i want to get my hips back up to a 35 while keeping my 25 inch waist. Thanks.
