If I use Windows Anytime Upgrade, is there any way to get an install dvd?

I'm home premium now, but seeing as this is an OEM install, I'm going to need a full version and the language support of Ultimate is pretty attractive. So if I buy the upgrade, is there any way I can order an install DVD in case something goes wrong and I have to replace/reinstall components?

I'd really like to have an install disc.
