If you wait long enough after a show, will the cast come out and do a meet and greet?

So in February, I'm going to go see Wicked and I was just wondering that if I waited long enough after the show, will the cast come out and meet some of the fans? I have heard of that before... I just didn't really know how that would work. (BTW I'm not seeing it on Broadway, if that makes a difference)
