I'm writing a detailed novel. Please tell me if the idea is good. It is a western that takes place as the government starts to bring order to the wild west. The tale is about a infamous outlaw, who is repeatedly dissapointed by his son's handicap at not being able to kill. Dissapointed and frustrated, he shoots his son in the leg and throws him in a lake, leaving him for dead. Weeks later he finds out that his son survived and has joined the government in bringing his father to justice. Does this sound good?
