Im looking for a good handheld console to play? Nintendo 3DS? PSP GO? wait for NGP?

I get bored at times and im looking for a handheld console to play for enjoyment, i enjoy football games mostly, is the nintendo 3DS worth the money, the price has been slashed down to £180 by itself, should i buy it?
