Certain parts of the country will get better faster than overs, for instance.... Las Vegas is likely to recover its housing crisis in 2-5 years, compared to the nations 10-15.
It is not looking good... it could be a 5 year proccess til things look significantly better... but it will still get worse before it gets better.
