I'm currently a nurse in the ICU of 2 years and have been diagnosed BiPolar but inaccurately. My grandfather was in the Air Force for 36 years, other Grandpa in the Navy 26 years, and Dad was in the Army.
Now I want to do my part and join the Air Force, my recuriter asked me if I have any physical aillments in which I said no. I do not take meds for my diagnosis, it was more of an anger management issue which was taken care of with therapy.
Am I still a candidate for the Nurse Officer Program, because I don't want to put down a diagnosis that is not completely accurate? From my understanding it is not researched if I don't mention it.......answers?
