You are too thin, you need to be taking in more calories. 1200 calories is even to few. At 17, your body is filling out and gaining womanly curves, this is not fat it is fact. I would be more worried that you have developed an eating disorder. You need to meet with a dietian to learn healthy eating habits.
i eat around 900 calories a day.. sometimes 700 . i used to eat 1200 a day but got scared if id put on weight. my daily activitys are things like hula hooping half an hour a day or more.. i do housework for an hour or more and go to college during the week. im really worried and want to know how many calories i should eat a day to at least stabalize my weight without having to use much energy and still not put on the weight...another question im curious about is how many calories would i burn if i was on bed rest?
