Is a healthy diet and 1 hour a day on an exercise bike enough to loss a stone

by christmas? Hi there i was wondering if eating health an doing 1 hour a day on an exercise bike enough to loss around a stone by xmas. Im 26 years old 5f 3 and currently 10stone 3lb, dress size 12. (This is after having 3 children)
i would like to get down to 9stone 3 or there about and into a size 10 by christmas. Do you think this would be enough exercise to achieve this. If not what more would i have to do??
I eat alot of cheese,sweets,bread and cripes at the moment but im going to cut all of them out an have fruit ect instead.
Please help i really wonna look good for xmas.
