I think at fifteen you'd be safe sticking to your carbohydrates. I know weight is a sensitive issue but knowing how much you weigh would help a lot with answering the question.
Talk to your family and a physician before starting anything though. If you are genuinely overweight, find a diet along with those people that will keep you healthy and help you loose weight. Regular exercise and sleep are important, too.
in my experience nothing works i dont know y maybe because my fat ass just sits on the couch watching tv and i cant help eating snack after snack..........i love food.oooooo
