Ok so is it really a bad thing to put eyeliner in the rim of ur lower lid? you know...its iinside your eyelashes...now is that really a bad thing for your eyes?
No it's not if it's a safe eyeliner.
MAC technakhol eyeliner is safe
and I think most Rimmel pencils (I don't know what brand of makeup you use)
Some pencils are safe but some aren't, and always wipe the pencil on a tissue once in a while to clean it, and never share makeup!
