Is it possible to download a tv show from the internet free and not get any viruses?

i want to find episodes of psych to put on my mp4 player. i never can find a video on limewire. im flat broke so i cant afford itunes. is there any place that i can download it from which is free and also will work and not give me a virus.
 
Answer: yes
But it is not legal.

One would need to DL the torrent from a website like http://mininova.org
