Is the FIFA 11 on PS2 different than on PS3 or XBOX 360?

Hello! I only have a PS2 and I know that FIFA 11 is going to be playable on this console!

But I am wondering what the difference to the game on PS2 will be from more modern consoles like XBOX 360 and PS3?

Will the one on PS2 be slower? less refined? not as great graphics? less features?

Please answer these questions for I will looking into buying this game in the future. I dont want to buy PS3 because it is still expensive and I dont want to just get it for one game.

Yes it will be different. The graphics will be noticealby worse on the PS2 version than either the 360 or PS3. As far as lag goes there shouldn't be any of that, although you may experience kinda long load times. Since the graphics are scaled down they are to level that the ps2 can definitely handle. Also i believe i read online the either the Coach's mode or Dynasty mode w/e its called is not as extensive but that really doesn't take away from the gameplay any for me. Also don't expect to hear as much from the annoucers and the crowd won't be as well done on ps2.

But in the end it will still look great for a ps2 game, should have really good graphics and should play smooth. You shouldn't have any problems with it at all! No need to buy a ps3 just for this!

Although there are a TON of games worth buying a ps3 for so its still something you might want to consider...they can be found rather cheap on craigslist!!!
