Is the Ipod shuffle compatible with audi podcasts on Itunes?

all ipods can manage podcasts other than the shuffle as it doesn't have any option other than MUSIC in its settings and you need to tell an ipod to sync anything other than music.

on all ipods other than the shuffle:-

You need to tell your ipod to sync apps, Music (or Movies etc) as by default most syncing is OFF other than Music which is ALL unless its too big for the ipod/iPhone when its none.

Plug ipod into itunes.
click on the ipods Icon its summary page appears.
click on the tab that says APPS
click on 'Sync All' or ' Sync only selected'
click on APPPLY BOX
click on SYNC box.

I would have thought so, but I wouldn't recommend it as how on earth are you going to find the audio podcast that you want to listen to and at the time that you want to listen to it? The strength of the shuffle is that you listen to whatever it selects for you randomly - or as random as anything computerised can make it - but as there is no screen you can't choose what you want to listen to unless you are prepared to keep on shuffling forwards or backwards in the hope that you'll land on it sooner or later. Okay there's a slim chance that you might, but Murphy would say that the chances of that happening are so slim as to be nonexistent.

Hi, I have a shuffle as well. Quite a good basic ipod. I would suggest having a look on Apples website, it is very imformative. You can also contact apple support, they are excellent!
