Is the samsung htd5100za a good home theatre?

I want to get it because it is going to be on sale. I also want to know if i can later on add some more speakers. It is going to be for my downstairs living room. Thank You!
 
Those home theater in a box are not flexible for adding anything or upgrading. They are designed for you to watch a movie with surround sound only. Most of them, you can not connect your tv to it and hear the sound. When one item fails the whole system has to be replaced. The only home theater I would recommend is the Onkyo HT-S3400, it is a 5.1 receiver and a set of speakers. You can connect just about anything to it and upgrade as you like. If you read yahoo questions, you will notice many problems with those home theater in a box. Hope this will help you out.
