The 5BX is a 11-minute fitness program for men designed by the Royal Canadian Air Force. An equivalent for women called the XBX was also designed. Details can be found here:

These exercises are designed for those wanting to perform sport at home, without too much hassle and without need of equipment. But the program was designed in the 1950s. Surely there are newer alternatives out there, and I would be grateful for some professional advice.
