Is there any home enthusiast software for burning HD videos to Blue Ray disk?

If so what would you recommend, if anything?
I have a AMD Phenom x4 8650, 4GB RAM and ATI 5770 CPU running under Windows 7. Starting with a Sony pocket camera that can record HD, thinking of moving to a digital camcorder. Looking to author Blu Ray DVD for home videos to send to grandparents etc.

I can import high definition video to my computer from my high definition camcorders and burn high definition video files that Blu Ray players can use to play high definition video when the Blu Ray player is connected to a HDTV with a HDMI cable or component + audio cables.

I use Macintoshes, Final Cut and LaCie BluRay burners onto Blu Ray blanks... I presume the Windows environment can match the capability.

But you did not tell us the source of your video or your computer hardware and software environment.
