Its been scientifically proven that if you excercise for 45 minutes a day six days a week with cardio and muscular workouts that you will become a healthier person and your immune system will become 85% stronger. Although if you excercise 60 minutes a day or more your immune system will dramatically weaken. It is good to start with some stretches and a warm up exercise, next move on to a muscle and ligament workout, after that go to cardio. Finally end with a cool down excersice and stretch. Make to work out at your prime make sure to take a 5 minute break every 10 minutes to breath, stretch and drink a small amount of water. The only part of your work out that you should time is the part where you are actually working out. Not the time when you are taking a break. Also remember to eat a healthy diet. Cut back on fast foods and chemical foods and starches (unless your a hardcore athlete who needs starches). Eat green foods, fruits, chicken. good stuff=] and don't forget those multivitamins!
