Hey..Recently had an interview...everything seemed well during the interview. The interviewers never mentioned the money issue, and didnt want to be the one to initiate that discussion. So it ended without the mentioning of salary. Is this a good thing or not? Also whats the normal/usual salary increase when changing jobs.???

It's hard to tell, but if you think it went well then let's hope it's a good thing.

If they have few more people to interview, most likley they will not discuss any salary with anyone until they pick a candidate. Besides, it's good that you did not ask about the salary... sometimes employeers just think you're just interested in the money.

Just make sure you follow up with them after 2-3days, send them a note and say something like 'thank you for your time and the interview, hope to hear from you soon about the possibility of hiring me...' this way they know you're still interested in this job.
