LimeWire and Sansa MP3 players? Transferring songs?

Hey, I've got a Sansadisk MP3 player and an updated version of LimeWire. And I was wondering, how exactly can I move the songs from LimeWire to my device? I'm tried cross-file dragging and dropping, but it says it's unable to copy.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
By the way, it's c200.
 
I edit the folders that Windows Media Player looks into, so I don't have to drag and drop, copy files or whatever.

File > Add To Library > ...By Monitoring Folders > Add... > Locate the Limewire Folder from the hierarchy.

I believe the LimeWire Folder is here:
C:\Documents and Settings\USER\My Documents\LimeWire\Saved

After adding it, you can just choose "...By Monitoring Folders" again and press OK to add the songs to Windows Media Player.

When all the songs are there, you can choose the Sync tab with your device connected and select the songs you want to put on your MP3 player.

I hope this helps. Its been a while since I've used mine.
