losing weight.. fitness?

Okay so... I don't think you care but I might as well put this in here.

I went through a depression and dropped out. I used to be fit and above average in muscle.
But during my depression.. i dropped 30 pounds to about 100 pounds. Then after i came out of my depression.

I have been working out my upper body and core for a long time now.
But I started running. Now I have no idea what to do during running or to prep for it.
(running as in long distance in the mornings)
I started running about a month ago every other day. I ran 3 weeks with vans........

Okay I got better shoes and idk.
so i jog slowly or so for about 10 min. after 5 min of it i feel the burning in my lower legs.
I DO NOT STRETCH. now if i should stretch please slap me in the face and tell me what to do.

my diet isn't great. But i try and snack about every 2 hours witha banana or something small to kick my metabolism. breakfast lunch dinner blehh

My run this morning was 5 min of moderate walking. 10 min jogging.
A few minutes of walking. Then about 2 1/2 minutes of double my dogging speed.
Then another walk..then another 5 minutes of a whatever i feel like speed.
Then i drink water and I'm done.

My breathing and the burning in my legs aren't exactly great.
So anything to help.... if im doing anything wrong... or yeah.
Any hints tips :)))))
