Hello. I just had a baby a month ago, and I weigh 180 pounds. My goal is to lose at least 20 -30 pounds by the end of March beginning of April. How long should I pedal on the stationary bike. I am 5feet 8 inches tall. And I am 29 years old. I usually do cardio workout during the day for 20 -30 min. And in the evening I would go on the stationary for 20 min. I would also do 100 sit up for my abs. Any suggestions on how I can achieve my goal. My husband is having a military ball, and I want to be able to fit in this gorgeous dress around June.
