Motorola Clutch, ringer not working.. not muted, volume is up, no sound...

...when receiving text or call? I have assigned and re-assigned a ringer again and again to my phone and it will not ring.
And I am using the ringers it came with.
I have no idea what to do.. I have it off Mute and the volume is up..
HELP..
