My Blue ray player cant find my wifi?

I have a Magnavox and every time I try to search for my wireless network it says fail. I tried to do it manually by putting the SSID and password and nothing... I have a Belkin router and my PS3 can detect the wireless.
 
That model has a rating of 2 1/2 stars out of 5. Dozens of people returned them to Walmart for not working. It's budget player under $75, you get what you pay for. Take it back and get a Sony or Samsung.
