My brand new ps3 won't play my brand new blue ray?

I recently got a ps3 about a week ago. Yesterday I got Sherlock season two. The first disk played perfectly. But now when I try to play the second disk it shows the clock for about five minutes. Before switching to a load black screen and the. Finally it states on a blue screen "this video cannot be played" and then has (80029940) is it a problem with the disk or my ps3?
 
You should test out other blu ray movies and dvds to see if they play too. If not, unfortunately, your drive has failed and it may need to be replaced.. which really sucks since you just got a ps3 a week ago BUT I believe the ps3 comes with a manufacturer's warranty so you're safe if that is the case.

if the other CDs work, then it could just be the disc. I went to this site

to check your error code and it says that "it cannot read disc".
