My new ps3 EX-01 Bluetooth headset from Gioteck is not working!?

My new headset from gioteck is not working it's for my ps3 and I can hear my friends but I can't hear the game! Is this normal or did I set it up wrong?
 
I have the same Bluetooth headset from Gioteck and works fine. one thing to do is either try to reconnect it again until it works and if it doesn't then( if you still have the receipt ) return it wherever you bought it and get money back and buy a new one or maybe get Sony Computer Entertainment headset or Venom or BlueTrek, either one is fine unless your satisfied with the headset. hope this helps!:)
 
the bluetooth headset is only for chat , you can;t hear games using a bluetooth headset .
you need a stereo headset if you want game sounds , like the sony pulse headset or the tritton .
