...onto it! Why? what shud i do? Problem with my cell phone NOKIA 3110c. It is not getting switced on after i installed an anti-virus software into it...Why? What should i do??

Sounds like the AV software hosed it. Is there a reason why you installed AV software on this device? It doesn't run Windows Mobile, which is pretty much the only reason you would have to. Considering the age of that device, I fail to understand why you did this.

Now, as for the broken phone: try removing and reinserting the battery. If that doesn't work, try the "hard reset" thing on this page:

Take the phone to a service center. If it is still under warranty, then you should have no problem. If your warranty has expired or is no longer available, expect to at least pay for the service fee.
