I really can't think of any.
religion didn't create charities and hospitals, people did, they would still exist if religion never existed, in fact the hospitals would be better because faith slows knowledge.
These things would have existed without religion because morality predates religion.
Religion hasn't done that, people have. It did not inspire people to do it, morality inspired it.

About the only thing that comes to mind was the preservation of much of the body of knowledge during the Dark Ages - if not for monasteries and the like where books were copied and stored for decades, untold lore might have been lost for centuries (if not forever.) Just about everything else I could think of also comes from secular sources.

morality, volunteer work plus free hospitals and education

Religions around the world tend to act a holders of their home culture's values. The Zen poetry of Basho and the Christian music of Bach both are capable of moving me to tears. Then there is the art that religion has both sponsored and inspired. I am very fond of Tibetan religious paintings, and love the sounds that Hindu instruments produce (I, myself, play the tambora and the bamboo flute). Since religion, at its best, inspires beauty, over the years it has enriched us tremendously. However, at the same time, religion has inspired more hate, murder, and suffering, than any other of our human creations.

Man made system with a foundation in traditions and perceptions = Religion
God centered relationship with a foundation in Christ = Christianity
You can't compare the two. Jesus was quite clear on this. A simple study into His life will reveal this simplest of truths.

it produces a new crop of greedy conservative politicians every election, ok, that's not a good thing.
nope, I can't think of any.
