Need a rant but advice would be good?

Right, here goes.. Get comfy.
My little bro has a diff dad to me, and he's useless. Never shows up on birthdays. No presents on birthdays always wayyy late or not atall. Sees my bro maybe 3 times a year (4hour drive) and doesn't even bother with my bro when he's here. Just blames him for everything, my bros 12 and autistic. His dads such a waste! He left before he was even born and refuses to admit he has a problem. Spends the money he gets for him on alcohol. Shouts at him for smallest of things and doesn't ever praise him.
Now there's a girl involved. For 9 years we've been told she is NOT my bros dads kid. But literally 2 months ago she popped in his life, he said she 'made his life' like my bro is NOTHING. He's seen her twice in the 2 months (btw its a 8 hour drive to hers) and spends loads of money and time on her. Even went to her bday and got her a 3DS. He's a idiot!!
My bro does something bad he gets yelled at.
She does same thing an gets 'that's my daughter'

What the hell can i do to make him see if he doesn't stop this ill stop him seeing my bro!!
Btw our mum died so she can't exactly help.
Any advice would be great. No hating either.

This is a horrible situation. I am so sorry this has been brought on you guys because you dont deserve this. His dad is missing out big time on his son. That is so ridiculous that he treats him that way, regardless of your brother's situation. Next time you see his dad, tell him straight out. Its all or nothing. He can choose to be a part of your brother's life and give him the time of day, or he can get the hell out of his life. Because if he does stay in his life, it's not healthy for your brother to be around that. And since he treats him like crap, he doesnt even deserve to see him. :/

You are really strong for going through all this! The best thing i think that you could do is just to tell them exactly how you feel! Just let it all out, maybe that's what he needs to hear to start realising that he is going to miss important milestones in your brothers life, and he is going to regret it so bad one day! Just let him know that he needs to make much more of an effort :) Hope this helped! x
