Need answer about my car, 2001 toyota camery?

is the check engine light on? if so, you need to get the codes read and we can work more from that.
Otherwise, if it isn't, then you have a couple things that it could be.
good start with the fuel injector cleaner by the way!
changing the fuel filter could help, but I think really it could be a sensor, like a MAP sensor, cam or crankshaft sensor, or could even be the fuel pump itself not putting out enough pressure and the engine stalls out at idle.
Also another thing to check would be the IAC or idle air control valve.
When the engine is idle, this valve pushes a solenoid to open the butterfly valve so the engine won't snuff itself out.

My car shut off when I come to a stop light. My spark plug been change, I put fuel injecter clearner in my tank and it still doing the same thing. nexts step, changing the fuel filter.last step takeing it to the dealership? answer please somebody?
 
Eric hit the nail on the head. Toyota's have a issue with the IAC valve cloging up with carbon.
