i have a magic crack (magic jack) which was useless ever since i brought it,.the majic jack people had me down load something go.microsoft.com/?linkid=964.5377 and it said it "MIGHT" wipe out my sound playback ect,. and dame sure if it did!! i have sound on cd's and internet and everyting EXCEPT when i put a dvd,. it gives me video but no sound,.is there a free solution?,.i contacted magic jack and dealt with their poorrrrr customer service for another 2 hours with no luck,. please help. thanks
