Nokia E71x Volume Question??? Please Help!! Full Points to Best Answer!!?

I just got a Nokia E71x phone and when it falls asleep and then asks me for the code i put it and when it confirms it a beep sound is made and i dont know how to stop it. also how can i put it on vibrate and reset the phone?

for the beep tone go to tools, setting, general, personalisation, tones select warning tone to off, for the vibrate press the power button dont press and hold it, it will turn off then go to silent, to reset the phone go to tools, setting, general then factory settings... Whew.. Thats a lot
