Mar 18, 2009 #2 C cloud9 New member Jul 15, 2008 22 0 1 With warm water..your skin usually gets kind of rosey and a little blotchy..but it subsides as you dry.. Cold makes your skin just look a little bumpy..but no more pigmented..that goes away too as you warm up..
